TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Technical support is provided by your personal account manager at Strategic Embedded. As required, we will obtain further assistance from the development team in Ka-Ro Germany. The documentation provided by Ka-Ro is extensive and support questions are relatively rare. Free support is limited to product suitability discussions and the product as supplied.
Support Contract
When assistance is required that is specific to your project, a 4-hour email support contract can be purchased from Strategic Embedded. The support is supplied directly by Ka-Ro's development team who will also log the duration required by each support request.
