The documentation provided by Ka-Ro is extensive and support questions are relatively rare. Free support is limited to product suitability discussions and the product as supplied.
When assistance is required that is specific to your project, a 4-hour email support contract can be purchased. The support is supplied directly by Ka-Ro's development team who will also log the duration required by each support request.
