TRITON Development Kits for Linux

The Linux distribution is created in-house and based on Debian. The Development Kits include the following on CD:

• kernel image 2.6.20 for the PXA320 and PXA270, and
• kernel 2.6.17 for the PXA255 boards
• root file system (JFFS2 image) for all Triton modules
• all Flash ROM images in one archive
• root file system tar archive
• Triton patch
• patcher script and modular patches
• linux kernel source with all Triton specific patches applied
• cross compiler tool-chain source and install scripts
• pre-compiled cross compiler toolchain: gcc 3.3.2 with glibc 2.2.5
• pre-compiled cross compiler toolchain with debugger: gdb 5.2.1
• pre-compiled gdbserver for arm-linux
• U-Boot sources for PXA320
• RedBoot 2.2 and 2.3 sources for PXA270 and PXA255
• Flash Tool Sources

• PCMCIA/Compact Flash
• IDE/ATA
• Serial ports (for PXA internal and/or external UARTs)
• USB Host Controller (OHCI)
• Sound via UCB1400
• Touchscreen via UCB1400
• MTD (Flash Rom)
• I2C via dedicated PXA I2C interface (NOT Power Management I2C)
• I2C via GPIO pins
• SSP (kernel internal API available)
• LCD framebuffer driver
• RTC (with DS1339 as backup)
• Watchdog
• CPU frequency scaling

The following drivers may have limited functionality:

• USB device (may not work with certain endpoint configurations)
• MMC/SD (tested with SD memory cards only)
